TRAINING
Training at Rochdale Hockey Club
Training is held at Oulder Hill Leisure Complex throughout the season (August – March) and all new comers are welcomed, regardless of ability.
Men’s team training is on a Tuesday evening from 7-9pm.
Ladies team training is on a Tuesday evening from 8-9pm.
Junior training is on a Tuesday evening from 7-8pm throughout the season (August – March) and Sunday morning 10-11am, all year round.

We are always on the look out for new members and volunteers who do an amazing job in keeping our club running. So if you are interested in taking part, whether as an active member or in any other role (for example managing, officiating, directing, coaching, making the tea!) then please complete the short form below.
